Qualifications
- Proven track record of highly effective teaching pedagogy.

Responsibilities
- Identify staff needing support for effective pedagogy.
- Arrange mentoring and coaching for teaching staff.
- Support implementation of the MLT handbook.

Responsibilities
- Working with the Senior Team to identify staff who would benefit from a time-limited intervention to support all elements of effective pedagogy in the classroom
- Arranging a timetable to see teaching staff identified in a classroom setting, followed by a bespoke programme of mentoring and instructional coaching
- Contributing towards all elements of the MLT Handbook
- Contributing to the self-review processes undertaken by the school, for example, whole school learning walks and self review

Qualifications
- a proven track record of highly effective teaching pedagogy at The Compton School
- an understanding of the latest pedagogy and evidence-informed practice
- experience of managing teachers and having performance-related conversations or a sound understanding of this gained from passing an NPQ
- an understanding of instructional coaching
- sufficient capacity to undertake the role on your timetable allocation
