A luxury elderly care provider in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant. The role involves supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a variety of activities that enhance the physical and social well-being of residents. Candidates should have effective communication skills and a positive attitude toward older adults, preferably with experience in a residential nursing Dementia setting.

As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities will include maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' condition, and supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities.
Shift Details: 9:30–4:30, some evenings
