Qualifications

  • Experience of domestic services management is required.
  • Experience of working as a cleaning operative within a non-healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Experience of domestic services management within a healthcare environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for sickness absence reporting within the Domestic Services team.
  • Accurately record staff sickness absence in line with NHS policies.
  • Monitor absence levels and identify patterns or areas of concern.
  • Liaise with managers to ensure timely return-to-work meetings.
  • Produce regular absence reports for the Domestic Services Manager.
