About Us

Our client is a well‑established steel fabrication company with a strong reputation for producing high‑quality work. They specialise in both structural steel (80%) and architectural metalwork (20%), delivering reliable solutions to clients across a range of industries.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding a variety of steel components to a high standard, working from technical drawings and ensuring accuracy throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and weld structural and architectural steelwork
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a small, skilled team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in MIG welding (preferably on mild steel and stainless)
  • Strong fabrication and fitting skills
  • Ability to work from detailed fabrication drawings
  • Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
