Welder / Fabricator

Location: Buntingford

Pay: £15 – £16 per hour (depending on experience)

Overtime: £22.50 - £24 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm | Overtime available | Ongoing work, temp to perm

We’re looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a busy sheet metal company based in Buntingford. What You’ll Do

• Carry out MIG welding and general fabrication work
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal components
• Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely
• Maintain a tidy work area and follow health and safety procedures
• Work as part of a small, skilled team to complete custom and production jobs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Welder, Fabricator, or Sheet Metal Worker
• Skilled in MIG welding
• Confident reading and working from engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of metalwork and fabrication techniques
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
