We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a growing workshop specialising in high-quality, bespoke metalwork. The role involves the manufacture of a wide range of custom products including bespoke furniture, staircases, and retail fixings, working from drawings through to finished product.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working on varied, one-off projects rather than repetitive production work.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding of bespoke metal products
• Working from technical drawings and measurements
• MIG welding (TIG experience advantageous)
• Cutting, shaping, and assembling steel and other metals
• Producing high-quality finishes to a consistently high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Strong MIG welding skills (TIG beneficial but not essential)
• Experience working on bespoke or architectural metalwork preferred
• High attention to detail and pride in finished work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
