Job summary

A metal fabrication company located in Barnsley is currently seeking 2 Fabricator / Welders to start immediately. The role involves producing fabricated products from stainless steel, working from technical drawings, and carrying out both mild and stainless steel welding. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime on weekends. Onsite parking is provided.

Job description

The Best connection are recruiting for our client in Barnsley who is a metal fabrication company, offering a wide range of products. They specialise in the manufacture and installation of high quality staircases and balustrade systems for domestic and commercial projects.

We are currently recruiting for 2 x Fabricator / Welders to start immediately.

Task will include,

• To produce fabricated products from Stainless Steel
• Work from technical drawings
• To use workshop machinery
• Carry out welding of both mild steel and stainless steel
• To assist with labouring as required if necessary

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Plenty of overtime is available, time and half is paid for Saturdays and double time for Sundays

Onsite parking provided.
