A charitable environmental organization in Penrith seeks a Welcome & Service Team Member to provide exceptional customer service and enhance visitor experiences. The role involves engaging with guests, answering their inquiries, and promoting a positive atmosphere. Shifts will vary, including weekends and holidays, making it ideal for individuals with flexible availability. As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments over the contract.
Shifts between 3 and 7 hours between Thursday and Monday.
This includes working either Saturday or Sunday 3 out of 4 weekends.
This role could suit someone available to work in school / university / college holidays.

Reporting to Sarah Greening, Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a team of 6 working at Acorn Bank property. This role is based outdoors and will suit people who like engaging with visitors.
Shifts may be whole days or late morning and lunch cover.
Rotas are done in advance and a large proportion of the hours will be at weekends and school holidays.
Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience.
You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information.
Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can.
You’ll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to social media promotion - no two days are the same.
