Location: Catalent Pharma Solutions, Franklands Road, Swindon, SN5 8RU

We are looking for a Weekend Breakfast Chef to join our team at Sodexo, preparing and delivering a high‑quality breakfast service for our client site. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, maintains high standards, and can operate efficiently during busy service periods. Lone working will be required.

What you’ll do:
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to consistently high standards.
  • Ensure all food is produced safely and in line with HACCP and food hygiene requirements.
  • Maintain a well‑organised, clean, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Support the smooth running of weekend operations and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Assist in menu delivery and provide input where appropriate.
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience as a chef, ideally within a high‑volume or contract catering environment.
  • Professional cookery or culinary qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently during lone working shifts.
  • A commitment to maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
