We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to take ownership of the ongoing development and performance of our websites. This role focuses on building reliable, well-structured code while continuously improving site speed, usability, and data accuracy.
You will play a key role in ensuring the website not only looks and functions well, but also performs efficiently, is technically sound for search engines, and accurately tracks user behaviour and conversions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, technically proficient Web Developer to take ownership of our websites from start to finish. You’ll develop, maintain, and update features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMSs, ensuring responsive, accurate designs across devices. You’ll optimise site performance and speed, implement technical SEO best practices, and manage analytics and conversion tracking for key user actions. With a self‑directed approach, you’ll debug issues, maintain stability, and collaborate with designers, marketing, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the site while following established development and deployment processes.
You are ambitious, curious, and eager to learn, with a passion for development, automation, and data. Detail‑oriented and organised, you’re comfortable experimenting and improving systems. You bring 2–3 years’ experience building and maintaining live websites or web applications, with strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and SEO fundamentals. You have hands‑on experience optimising site performance and page speed, implementing technical SEO best practices, and managing analytics and conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels). You’re confident debugging issues across functionality, performance, and tracking.
