A project delivery partner is seeking an experienced Site Manager for utilities projects in Gateshead. The candidate will oversee site operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage subcontractors. Required qualifications include valid NRSWA, SMSTS, and EUSR - Water certifications, along with over 4 years of relevant experience. This role offers £300-£310 per day based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid NRSWA, SMSTS, and EUSR - Water certifications.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role on Utilities projects.
• Must be based within commutable distance of Gateshead.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities for water utilities projects.

• Supervise water utilities works including excavations and reinstatement.
• Liaise with clients and local authorities for project delivery.
