Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Sales / Account Manager through to Lead Water Treatment Sales / Account Manager

Profile

Our client is an established Legionella company, working across educational, healthcare and leisure sites and providing clients with the full range of water hygiene duties. They are now looking to take on an organised and hard‑working Water Treatment Sales / Account Manager based in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the water treatment industry, managing a range of cooling tower, water hygiene / treatment and legionella accounts, and generating and managing new business. Applications will be considered from: Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Kidderminster, Worcester, Solihull, Northampton, Coventry, Stafford, Loughborough, Reddich, Bromsgrove, Tamworth, Cannock, Hinkley, Rugby.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Good educational, management, accounts, sales and business development background.
  • Good working knowledge of the water treatment industry.
  • Experience managing a varied portfolio of cooling tower, water hygiene / treatment and legionella accounts.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant health and safety legislations.
  • Previous experience in a water treatment sales role essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
The Role
  • Sell the company’s services nationwide, generating new business leads while managing existing accounts.
  • Meet and, where possible, exceed targets.
  • Promote the company’s water hygiene and water treatment services and products.
  • Get involved with the KPIs.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the company’s clients.
  • Support staff to ensure targets are met and maintained.
  • Liaise with management and attend meetings when required.
