Job Title: Water Treatment Equipment Commissioning Engineer
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary / Benefits £22k – £40k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a reputable Water Treatment company. They are now seeking to employ a Water Treatment Equipment Commissioning Engineer due to acquiring new contracts. The successful candidate will be traveling across the M1 area working on Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector sites. You will be installing and commissioning various water softeners, reverse osmosis units, water purification and UV sterilisation systems, in line with relevant HSG guidelines. You will also be using your technical knowledge to provide clients with quotations and detailed reports based on findings on site.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Beeston, Derby, Loughborough, Mansfield, Worksop, Rotherham, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Barnsley, Wakefield, Leeds, Leicester, Market Harborough, Coventry, Northampton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Stevenage, Luton.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience working for an established Water Treatment company, ideally working within a commissioning engineer role.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant HSG guidelines.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ideally holding an Electrical Engineering qualification or Electrical qualification (17th or 18th edition).
  • Will be IT literate.
  • Able to communicate and organise workload efficiently.
The Role
  • Carrying out site inspections, planning out equipment design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Undertaking installation and servicing of water softeners and reverse osmosis units.
  • Servicing and installing water purification systems.
  • Servicing and installing steam boilers and cooling water treatment, dosing systems and UV sterilisation units.
  • Carrying out carbon filtration.
  • Managing projects, liaising with clients ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed timeframe.
  • Producing detailed reports for clients.
  • Producing quotations for clients.
  • Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant HSG guidelines.
