Water Treatment Engineer

Department: Support Engineer

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: London, UK

Description

Water Treatment Technician / Engineer

Site: Mobile within zone 1 / Central London

Based at Head Office

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to our Water Treatment Consultant and manage water treatment tasks across several sites within Central London.
  • Conduct closed circuit sampling and analysis (mini-lab / photometer).
  • Collect and analyze domestic water samples.
  • Perform CWST inspections & sampling.
  • Transport samples to laboratory drop-off points (e.g., Moorgate).
  • Test and inspect softeners, chlorine dioxide levels, and chemical dosing in closed circuits.
  • Inspect and change sidestream filters.
  • Maintain logbooks, complete job sheets, and record data from laboratory reports into trending sheets (Excel).
  • Service and repair cooling tower dosing equipment.
  • Conduct TMV testing & servicing.
  • Travel to different sites daily, with the role based at our Head Office.
