A global engineering consultancy in the UK seeks a Consultant in Water Resources Planning. The successful candidate will manage and support water resource projects, champion performance standards, and develop strong client relationships. Ideal applicants will hold a relevant degree, have extensive knowledge in water resource management, and be proficient in analytical tools and programming. Our Water Management Consultancy team has been at the forefront of new developments for the latest Water Resource Management Planning cycle, applying tools such as Pywr to revolutionise how the industry plans resilient and sustainable water supplies for the future. We are growing our team to deliver a wide range of exciting, high-profile projects for water companies and regional water resource groups. You will support the existing team, helping to win and deliver work across our client portfolio.
As an experienced water resources specialist, you will be capable of working on your own or within technical teams to deliver high-profile projects across the UK as required. The role is expected to grow to include project management and client-facing experience. With technical specialists based across the UK, the right candidate could join any of our established teams in Birmingham, Bristol, Derby, Epsom, Glasgow, Oxford, Peterborough, or Manchester.
