Contract Type: Permanent

We are recruiting a Water Project Supervisor on behalf of a leading organisation delivering large-scale water efficiency programmes across residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced field‑based leader who can manage teams, maintain high installation standards, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will act as the main operational lead on‑site, supervising daily activities of Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs), plumbers, and water auditors, ensuring that installations are delivered safely, compliantly, and to agreed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
On‑Site Leadership & Team Management
  • Supervise TLOs, plumbers, and water auditors to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Provide on‑site guidance, support, and problem‑solving to keep projects on track.
Installation Delivery & Performance
  • Oversee the installation of Control Flow HL2024 and retrofit water efficiency products.
  • Maintain installation quality, adherence to standards, and safe working practices.
Customer Experience
  • Act as the main on‑site point of contact, handling customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure every interaction contributes to a positive customer experience.
Quality, Compliance & Data Accuracy
  • Conduct basic quality checks and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and completion data for all installations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track performance against targets and report progress, risks, and issues to the Regional Operations Manager.
  • Support operational teams with clear communication and timely updates.
Stakeholder & Internal Communication
  • Liaise with customers, clients, and internal teams to support smooth project delivery.
  • Help manage on‑site challenges and escalate where necessary.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Delivery of installation programmes on time and to target.
  • High‑quality installations contributing to verified water savings.
  • Positive customer satisfaction and effective complaint resolution.
  • Strong appointment delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Accurate CRM records and timely data updates.
  • Full compliance with H&S standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Clear and consistent communication to the Regional Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Certifications
  • Plumbing Qualification - Level 2 minimum.
  • EUSR Water Hygiene Card.
  • Clear DBS Check (can be arranged).
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
Experience Required
  • Experience leading field‑based teams in utilities, construction, or water efficiency.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and support team performance.
  • Confident communicator with experience using job management or CRM systems.
  • Understanding of quality standards, compliance, and safety protocols.
  • Track record in monitoring performance and reporting operational progress.
  • Proactive, hands‑on approach to resolving on‑site issues.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout your region (company van provided).
