Profile:

Our client is a well-established water hygiene / treatment company who provide high quality and professional services to a mixed portfolio of clients across the UK. They are now looking to take on a competent and confident Hygiene / Treatment Engineer to work on a static site within the London area. The ideal candidate will bw undertaking water hygiene duties such as TMVs, inspections and disinfections of CWST and monitoring clients air and water systems and ensuing that they all comply with currently Health & Safety regulations.

Applications will be considered from: Aylesbury, Bedford, Bishop’s Stortford, Enfield, Harlow, Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, Hitchin, Luton, Milton Keynes, North London, St Albans, Stevenage, Watford.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Well versed with the water treatment industry and legislations.
  • Must have previous experience working as water hygiene/treatment engineer.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
  • Monitor the client’s air and water systems to ensure they comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
  • The cleaning, chlorination and maintenance on both hot and cold-water systems, steam boilers and cooling towers
  • Undertaking temperature monitoring, conduct routine sampling and analysing water systems.
  • Inspection and Disinfection of CWST.
  • Carrying out servicing on TMVs, shower cleans, and tank cleans.
  • Dealing with softeners and dosing units.
  • Install and maintain dosing systems.
  • Using information from site to provide clients with detailed reports
  • Building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.
