Qualifications

• Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for a professional company is preferred.
• Knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines is essential.
• Ability to manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Service TMVs and perform failsafe testing.
• Clean and disinfect cold water storage tanks.
• Descale showerheads as required.
• Perform calorifier blowdowns.
• Analyze closed system samples and dosing.

A Yorkshire based Water Hygiene / Legionella control company are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene Engineer. This role would suit someone who is looking to join a leading Water Hygiene / Legionella consultancy. You will be working on Commercial, Industrial, and Educational sites, carrying out various L8 management duties including water sampling, temperature monitoring, CWST cleans and disinfections and calorifier blowdowns. Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience working hands on as a Water Hygiene Engineer for a professional Water Hygiene / Legionella company would be beneficial to the role.

• Familiar with onsite logbooks.
• Able to liaise with clients and colleagues efficiently.

The Role:

• Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• TMV servicing and failsafe testing.

• Showerhead cleans and descales.
• Calorifier blowdowns.
• Closed system sampling, analysis, and dosing.
• Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
• Ensuring to update onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
