Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Administrator through to Lead Water Hygiene Administrator

Profile

Our client is an established water hygiene / legionella company, providing a mixed range of sites with the full range of water hygiene services across the UK. They are now looking for an organised and ambitious Water Hygiene Administrator based in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the water hygiene industry, scheduling works for engineers, providing clients with quotes, dealing with queries and carrying out general administrative duties.

Applicants will be considered from Halesowen, Stourbridge, West Bromwich, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Tamworth, Litchfield.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience working within the water hygiene industry
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience in an administrative position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Working from an internal database, entering data, checking information and reports from sites
