A local government organization is seeking a Service Development Officer to enhance waste management processes in Suffolk. This role will see you working within the waste team to improve waste and recycling services, increase customer satisfaction and improve environmental outcomes. Projects will include raising awareness about waste reduction and recycling services and opportunities through our social media platforms, face‑to‑face events and other communication, and researching and analysing data as well as planning, implementing and monitoring initiatives to move waste up the hierarchy and improve our services.
