Buy It Direct is seeking a Sales Advisor (Warranty) in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. You will engage with existing customers and warm leads to sell warranty services, with uncapped commission and realistic OTE. Full training starts Day One, with ongoing coaching and strong team support designed to help you progress your career.

Qualifications

• Confident communicators with ability to build rapport and engage customers.
• Positive, outgoing individuals with drive to achieve targets.
• Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Speak with existing Buy It Direct customers and warm leads only; no cold calling.
• Make outbound calls to present and sell warranty services on products like washing machines and fridge freezers.
• Keep systems up to date with accurate customer information and log interactions clearly.
• Identify upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs and demonstrate warranty value without being pushy.
