• Introduce and sell laptop service plans, explaining the benefits clearly and accurately.
• Build rapport and ask questions to understand how customers use their laptops and what matters to them.
• Use your interest in technology to make conversations relevant and easy to understand.
• Answer questions, handle objections confidently and help customers make an informed decision.
• Work towards sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer conversations and sales.
