Job summary

Buy It Direct is seeking a Sales Advisor (Warranty) in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. You will engage with existing customers and warm leads to sell warranty services, with uncapped commission and realistic OTE. Full training starts Day One, with ongoing coaching and strong team support designed to help you progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing Buy It Direct customers and warm leads only; no cold calling.
• Make outbound calls to present and sell warranty services on products like washing machines and fridge freezers.
• Keep systems up to date with accurate customer information and log interactions clearly.
• Identify upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs and demonstrate warranty value without being pushy.

Role: Sales Advisor (warranty)

Salary: £26, basic + uncapped commission

Realistic OTE: £35, to £45,

Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

What you will do

• You’ll be speaking with existing Buy It Direct customers, warm leads only, with no cold calling involved.
• You will make outbound calls to introduce and sell our warranty services on products such as washing machines and fridge freezers. It's all about having great conversations, building rapport and helping customers see the value in protecting what they've purchased.
• You will keep our systems up to date with accurate customer information, ensuring every interaction is logged clearly and professionally.
• By really understanding each customer's needs, you will spot natural opportunities to upsell and confidently showcase the benefits of our warranties in a way that feels helpful, not pushy.
