Job summary

Buy It Direct is hiring a Sales Advisor in Huddersfield. No cold calling; you’ll work with warm leads, make outbound calls to introduce warranty services, and be supported by full training from day one.

You’ll earn a basic salary of £26,436 plus uncapped commission with realistic OTE £35,000 to £45,000. The role focuses on building rapport, upselling protection plans, and logging interactions in our CRM while enjoying a high-energy team and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Confident communicators who can quickly build rapport with customers.

• Experience is a bonus but not essential; attitude and energy matter most.
• Ability to upsell via thoughtful, consultative conversations.

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing Buy It Direct customers with no cold calling.
• Make outbound calls to present and sell warranty services on appliances.
• Build rapport, highlight value, and upsell protection plans.
• Keep systems up to date with accurate customer information.
• Log interactions clearly and professionally in the CRM.
