Job summary

Buy It Direct is seeking a Sales Advisor (Warranty) in Huddersfield to engage existing customers with warm leads and promote warranty services. You’ll operate without cold calling, build rapport, and aim to exceed targets through consultative conversations. Uncapped commission, full training, and ongoing coaching support help you advance.

There is strong earning potential with a realistic OTE of £35,000 to £45,000, and a collaborative, energetic team culture that rewards effort and progression.

Qualifications

• Confident communicators who can build rapport quickly.
• Positive, outgoing individuals with drive to hit targets.
• Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing Buy It Direct customers (warm leads) with no cold calls.
• Outbound calls to introduce and sell warranty services on appliances.
• Keep customer information up to date and log interactions clearly.
• Identify opportunities to upsell warranties based on customer needs.
