A leading automotive dealership group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warranty Administrator responsible for managing warranty-related matters across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have automotive industry experience, strong communication skills, and be organised with attention to detail. As the Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for our several Lancashire dealerships.
The day to day role will involve being the gatekeeper for all warranty related matters, ensuring we adhere to the manufacturers programme by supporting continuous development of the warranty process. You will be supporting the Aftersales and Service departments by taking the lead when it comes to training new and existing team members on the best warranty practice as well as preparing opportunities from our database for current future recalls.
The role will also include liaising regularly with the Parts department to agree return lists, involvement with balancing SBI’s, and working within tight deadlines to process all warranty job cards in a timely manner.
This is a full-time role where you will be working 40 hours a week between 08 : 30am – 5 : 30pm, Monday – Friday.
