  • Responsible for warranty related matters for several Lancashire dealerships.
  • Support Aftersales and Service departments with training on warranty practices.
  • Liaise with Parts department to agree return lists and balance SBI’s.
  • Process all warranty job cards within tight deadlines.

About the Role

As the Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for our several Lancashire dealerships.

The day to day role will involve being the gatekeeper for all warranty related matters, ensuring we adhere to the manufacturers programme by supporting continuous development of the warranty process. You will be supporting the Aftersales and Service departments by taking the lead when it comes to training new and existing team members on the best warranty practice as well as preparing opportunities from our database for current future recalls.

The role will also include liaising regularly with the Parts department to agree return lists, involvement with balancing SBI’s, and working within tight deadlines to process all warranty job cards in a timely manner.

This is a full-time role where you will be working 40 hours a week between 08 : 30am – 5 : 30pm, Monday – Friday.

  • Have experience of working in the automotive industry and preferably within a dealership setting.
  • Possess strong communication skills both verbally and in written format and enjoy working with others across all department.
  • Be comfortable in challenging different business areas in order to adhere to and continuously improve processes.
  • Be an organised individual that enjoys working conscientiously with attention to detail.
  • Have a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel between dealerships.
