Qualifications

  • Proven background in leading 10+ warehouse operatives.
  • Safety-conscious with workplace ownership.
  • Experience with automated warehouse environments.
  • Fluent in English with valid UK driver license.
  • Forklift licenses desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure accurate product storage.
  • Manage team schedules for continuity.
  • Lead daily meetings and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage stock and fulfill orders on time.
  • Operate mechanical handling equipment safely.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
  • Collaborate to resolve operational issues.
