A leading logistics provider in Northampton seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. The role includes ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and achieving operational KPIs. Candidates should have experience in FMCG operations and warehouse management systems. We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader that can lead from the front. Based at our state of the art, purpose-built site in Northampton. You will be responsible for ensuring all colleagues within the team are trained in their respective tasks, adhering to QHSE rules and procedures whilst meeting or exceeding operational requirements within the contract.
We have a full-time, permanent position working Monday – Friday between the hours of 15:00 – 23:00.
