About The Role

Warehouse Team Leader

Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire, United Kingdom

Type: Permanent, full time

Working Pattern: 5:45am - 2:15pm, Onsite, 5/7 rota working two weekends out of three

Pay: £15.62 ph weekdays, £19.53 ph weekends

The Role Scope

• Monitoring of department KPI results and providing feedback to staff
• Start of shift communication briefings, organising daily tasks and targets for the team
• Assisting with absence management including participation in return to work meetings
• Prepare and effectively complete appraisals, identifying future talent and communicating training needs
• Responsible for health and safety of the team and area
