As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll be working 0600-1600 each week on the Monday to Friday shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive hourly rate of £14.37. What you’ll do on a typical day :

• Organise small a team, including planning workloads and delegating tasks
• Creating a productive environment using appropriate strategies
• Managing KPI's for team performance with daily review
• Assisting managers in day to day running of operation
• Ensuring all H&S incidents are reported through appropriate platforms
• Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals

What you need to succeed at XPO :

• Ideally an FLT licence
• MHE experience would be very advantageous
• A willingness to learn and build a new career
• An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
