Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast‑paced, temperature‑controlled warehouse operation. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will take a hands‑on leadership role, guiding warehouse teams to ensure the safe, efficient and accurate picking of goods ready for despatch. This role is a night shift, Sunday - Thursday, 6pm - 3am. Key Skills / Experience

• At least 5 years previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a FMCG warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to manage, guide and support a team of 20+ staff.
• Able to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and able to use own initiative.
• Experience within a temperature‑controlled operation is desirable, but not essential.
