Overview

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: High Wycombe, HP12

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all teams within operations manage the allocation of stock and deliver 100% fulfilment to clients, with shortages communicated to internal departments.
  • Conduct internal staff training including new starters and 1 to 1 reviews.
  • Ensure safe and damage‑free loading and correct delivery orders.
  • Lead, support and direct team members during shifts.
  • Monitor Health & Safety standards and staff training needs.
  • Communicate with office teams and keep accurate loading records.
  • Investigate and resolve missing or damaged items.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience of managing a team to meet company and department KPI's.
  • Experienced in managing staff in line with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Hold a valid 7.5T licence, Digi Tacho and Driver CPC.
  • Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering quality work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage staff and arrange cover for absences.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Must hold a valid 7.5T licence, Digi Tacho and Driver CPC and have supervised a warehouse, order picking, packing or distribution operation previously.
Hours and Salary

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 3.00pm to 12.00am.

The starting salary is £35kpa, with excellent company benefits.
