Warehouse Supervisor - High Wycombe

Location: High Wycombe
Position: Full-Time, Perm PositionHours & Pay

Rotating Shifts - 09:00am - 18:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
£30,000 annual salary

IMMEDIATE START. We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our client's team on a warehouse site in High Wycombe.

Candidates with previous Site Supervisor experience on warehouse sites (preferred). Experience working or knowledge with cables/constructions is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Oversee flooring works and manage subcontractors on site
• Monitor progress and maintain site standards
• Coordinate onsite teams and contractors
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
• Report any issues or delays to management
• Carry out daily task briefings and toolbox talks
• Manage materials, deliveries, permits, and site documentation

Requirements

• Proven Site Supervisor experience (preferred)
