Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor / Team Leader

Location : Near Eccles, UK

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations within our growing manufacturing business near Eccles. You will oversee stock control, material flow, and order fulfilment while supporting and developing a small team.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise warehouse operations, goods in / out, and material movement.

Lead and support warehouse staff to meet operational targets.

Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts.

Ensure best-practice handling (FIFO / FEFO) and safe working standards.

Coordinate with Supply Chain to support production and on-time delivery.

Oversee picking, packing, and shipping activities.

Drive process improvements in warehouse efficiency.

Skills & Experience :

Proven experience in warehouse supervision or inventory leadership (manufacturing preferred).

Strong understanding of stock control and ERP / MRP systems.

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to motivate and lead a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary & Benefits :
