Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated, high‑performing team within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment – playing a pivotal role in shaping daily operations and driving team success.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will champion operational efficiency by effectively managing team members and resources, ensuring that productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved.

You will:
  • Lead and manage a warehouse team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Brief Team Leaders and cover for Shift Managers as needed.
  • Input data into WMS operations.
  • Ensure accurate, timely loading across all temperature zones within quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support the team effectively.
Shift pattern

4 shifts on and 4 off, 10.5 hours between 06:00-18:00
