Hours 45 Hours per week Sunday - Thursday 13:00 - 22:30

Responsibilities
  • Be a critical member of the operational management team, ensuring the warehouse is running safely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with other key departments within the depot, such as the distribution team, to contribute to the overall success of the operation.
  • Take full shift responsibility including goods in, stock management and order picking.
  • Engage, motivate and manage the team to ensure productivity targets are achieved and high levels of customer service are delivered.
Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse operation.
  • Good commercial awareness and strong analytical skills to make sound decisions.
  • Strong focus on results with the ability to get the best out of the team and enable their development.
  • Tenacious and resilient, proactive problem solver with drive and determination to overcome challenges and succeed.
