This is a fantastic opportunity to join as a Warehouse Operator with Saint Gobain Glass. This is to be based at the Eggborough site and with a requirement to work 4 on / 4 off rotating shifts including 2 days and 2 nights.

The position comes with full and comprehensive training, which includes how to operate our bespoke FLTs (Forklift Trucks) used to move stock around the warehouse.

Our world-leading site at Eggborough has a fantastic reputation; many of our staff started in roles like this one and have progressed within our business.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks (FLT) to move stock around the warehouse as required.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain awareness of surroundings in a glass production environment.
• Be a quick learner, flexible to work in different areas, take responsibility for your work and show attention to detail.
• Work in a team, prioritise safety above all else, and uphold company values and standards.
• Contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse operation, including eyeing for anything that seems out of place.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehousing environment preferred.
• Experience with operation of heavy machinery/mobile plant, including cranes.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (4 on / 4 off) including days and nights.
