Role Overview

Warehouse operators will work primarily in covering all cask handling activities. They may be asked to migrate to other areas as required.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
  • Operate cask handling equipment. (FLT, cask turners, pneumatic bung extractors, tractor & cask trailer)
  • Manual stowing of casks in traditional and racked warehouses.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure equipment is clean and areas are always organized.
  • Follow and maintain all SOP's.
  • Follow all safety precautions and related OSHA requirements.
  • Complete all warehousing duties as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Key Requirements
  • Previous cask handling experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • FLT license. (Site specific training will be provided)
  • Basic PC skills.
  • Knowledge of DRAMS or equivalent software system would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • 18 years or older.
