A leading workforce solutions provider is hiring Warehouse Operatives for a busy distribution centre in Barnsley. This full-time role involves working 5 out of 7 days from 2pm to midnight, with responsibilities including picking food products in a chilled environment and breaking down pallets. Applicants should have excellent timekeeping and good Maths and English skills. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for those with or without prior experience.
Staffline is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre in Barnsley, supporting one of the UK's most well-known high street food retailers.
This is a full-time role, working 5 out of 7 days, 2pm to 12am (midnight).
Due to the shift end times, you will need your own transport for this role.
Overtime rates are paid after 40 hours.
Attendance Bonus during the peak period £2.50 per hour if you attend all shifts booked. Performance Bonus during the peak period £2.50 per hour if pick performance rate is min 130 cases. Potential extra Attendance £125 bonus paid in January! Potential extra performance £100 bonus paid in January!
Our perfect worker will have excellent timekeeping and attendance. You will have the ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.
Applicants will have good Maths and English skills.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided.
