Warehouse Operative - Night Shift

£12.89 - £18.06 hourly rate, including £3.23/night shift allowance and £1.94/weekend shift allowance.

Night shift: 10pm - 6am, 5 nights over 7 days including weekends. 37.5 hours per week, full time, permanent.

The Co‑operative Retail Logistics, Unit D2; Central Boulevard, Coventry, CV6 4BX.

We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to work at our Coventry depot. No experience is required, all training is provided and the role comes with a competitive salary and great benefits package.

This is an active role where you'll work towards daily targets, so if you'd welcome the opportunity to get some exercise while you're on the clock, this could be the right job for you!

In this role, you can expect to:
  • Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets.
  • Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse.
  • Work in a team to achieve key targets.
You'll also need:
