Overview

FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME HOURS AVAILABLE! Connect Appointments are seeking a number of individuals to become Warehouse Operatives with our Bathgate based logistics client.

What's on offer? Full-time or part-time ongoing temporary opportunity, leading to permanent employment for the right candidates.

• Full-Time: Working 5 days over 7, from 4pm to job in finish
• Part-time: Working between Wednesday and Sunday, from 4pm to job in finish
• Paid weekly at £14.68 to £18.35 per hour

• £14.68 between the hours of 4am and 10pm
• £18.35 between the hours of 10pm and 4am

Responsibilities

• Using headsets, barcodes and serial numbers to locate the correct items for shipment, ensuring inventory is managed accurately. Combined with:
• Safely picking items from shelves
• Packaging completed orders
• Completing necessary invoicing or paperwork
• Unloading deliveries from delivery lorries
• Assisting with the distribution of goods throughout the warehouse
• Performing warehouse cleaning duties if necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• The ability to use picking machines in warehouses and manually pick items
• The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
