Job Title: Warehouse operative / General Hand

Location: Witney

Type: Full-Time

Are you someone who enjoys getting stuck in, working with your hands, and keeping things running smoothly? Our client, a well-established Engineering business, is looking for a Warehouse operative to join their team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from helping prepare products for shipment to making sure the workshop stays organised and tidy.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Keeping the workshop and loading bay clean, tidy, and safe
  • Packing finished systems into crates and preparing them for shipment
  • Helping out with general handyman tasks around the facility
  • Carrying out local deliveries and collections when needed
  • Looking after the outside areas, including the car park
  • Supporting the workshop team by cleaning, polishing, cutting tubes, and doing light machining work (boring holes, finishing tubes, etc.)
What We\'re Looking For
  • Some experience using a lathe (a big plus, but not essential)
  • A clean, full UK driving licence
  • A good eye for detail and pride in your work
  • Confident using a variety of hand tools
  • A forklift licence would be great (but not a dealbreaker)
  • Someone flexible, self-motivated, and happy to get involved wherever needed

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where you\'ll have plenty of variety day to day
