Warehouse Operative

Immediate starts available.

Sleaford - NG34 £13.13ph + overtime. Temporary with the potential to become Permanent.

39 paid hours are Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm / 1pm - 9pm rotating weekly shifts with earlier finish Fridays.

28 days which will increase with length of service, annual pay increases, Health and Wellbeing support, free car parking and PPE.

Job role as the warehouse operative – daily duties
  • Operating a forklift Counterbalance to load and unload
  • Goods-in – carrying out inspections of incoming materials and checking for and reporting damages.
  • Goods-out – checking items for damages against customer requirements, checking details against delivery note.
  • Checking paperwork and using scanners.
  • Keeping site and warehouse clean and tidy.
Requirements
  • An up-to-date forklift counterbalance licence, accredited (not in house).
  • A positive attitude, and a willingness to support the team are key.
  • Good fitness is essential.
  • Can do attitude and the ability to work in a team.
