Job Title: Automotive Inspection Operator; Location: Oxford (OX4); Salary: £17 per hour; Job Type: Full-Time, Varied Working Hours (including day and night shifts); Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

Our client is currently seeking a motivated individual with assembly and repair experience to join their team in Oxford as an Inspection Operator. This role is ongoing and offers varied working hours, including both day and night shifts, with an immediate start.

Responsibilities
  • Perform visual inspections of soft tops to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Record inspection data and manage reports using PC systems.
  • Repair soft tops using hand tools such as rivet guns, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.
  • Assist with assembly of soft top components, ensuring correct assembly and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in assembly, quality inspection, or mechanical repairs.
  • Proficient with hand tools for repairs and assembly.
  • Basic computer skills for data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights.
  • Polish speaking.
