T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Higham Ferrers for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary on-going.

Warehouse Operative Job Details & Benefits

• £15.41 per hour, overtime paid at £21.73
• 40 hours a week Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2-10pm

Warehouse Operative Job Details

• Picking and handling outbound goods
• Packing goods after production
• Moving products via a FLT if have a licence, if not training could be given
• Preparation of raw materials, handling, pouring and weighing for the production department
• Logging information onto systems

Warehouse Operative Person Specification

• Counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential
• Experience in food manufacture would be advantageous but not essential
• Happy to work in a food manufacturing environment wearing lab coats, hair/beard nets and no jewellery
• Self-motivated - ability to work alone and part of a team
