We are a growing wholesale company supplying a wide range of bathroom and plumbing goods to trade and retail customers. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth stock handling, and support the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in and goods-out processes.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient task delegation and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing/sales teams for stock requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organisation of goods, minimizing damage or loss.
• Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures.
• Liaise with delivery drivers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse.
• Use warehouse management software to update inventory and delivery records.
• Train and supervise staff on warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Must be computer literate – able to use stock management software, spreadsheets, and email.
• Fluent in both Punjabi and English.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
• Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving stock where required.
