Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our clients' Wirral site operations. The role involves developing efficient site processes, leading a critical overhaul project to complete within set timelines, and updating all operational procedures to ensure adherence to best practices. This position demands a leader who can manage and inspire a diverse team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a safe and productive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve site processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead a comprehensive overhaul project to ensure all aspects of the warehouse are up to date and functioning optimally.
• Update, review, and implement all working procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best practices.
• Manage, train, and motivate the warehouse team across the site to meet operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or similar operational leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and process improvement techniques.
