What You Will Do:

1. Manage and supervise a small team, providing guidance and support.
2. Document existing warehouse processes alongside the warehouse team leader.
3. Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Handle stock control, including scheduling, planning, inventory management, and reporting discrepancies.
5. Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies for timely delivery and receipt of goods.

What You Will Bring:

1. Proven experience in warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics, preferably in a related industry.
2. Experience with global exports and their specific documentation/processes.
3. Strong team management skills.
4. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
5. Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
6. A valid driving license.
