• Proven experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Forklift licence and hands-on forklift experience.
• Solid health & safety background with demonstrable compliance knowledge.
• Experience in warehouse optimisation and process improvement is desirable.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• IT literate with experience using warehouse or stock management systems.
