One of the amazing departments that has been instrumental in making this success happen has been our Warehouse team. Through this fantastic period of growth, with more and more Mamas & Papas products being bought, we are therefore looking to recruit a proactive, solutions-focused Warehouse Manager to lead and support our busy warehouse operation.

You’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring stock flows accurately through the business—from goods-in to goods-out. This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Manager who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and creating a positive working environment

Key responsibilities include :

• Develop, monitor, & achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
• Provide strong, hands-on leadership to warehouse teams, ensuring the team of supervisors and operatives c120, are motivated, supported, & performing at their best
• Identify opportunities and take the lead of process improvement & implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Plan and manage rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels across all shifts.
• As Warehouse Manager, Provide day-to-day leadership and support to Warehouse Supervisors and Operatives.
